About Homestead Fence Company
Bob Almeida and Jeremy Audet didn't start their professional careers in the fencing industry. Jeremy grew up on dairy farms and working construction, while Bob's background is in sales and customer service. They both knew they wanted to own and operate their own family business in Vermont, and thought that together their unique blend of skills could be the foundation of a successful local business. Through living in rural Vermont, Bob and Jeremy saw just how important fences are to protecting property, safeguarding their families, and containing livestock whether horses, cows, goats, sheep or alpacas. Jeremy and Bob both have families and animals, so they know firsthand just how important it is to utilize quality fencing that's guaranteed to last.
Since starting Homestead Fence Company in 2003, Bob and Jeremy have grown their client-base tremendously to include both residential customers looking for privacy fencing, security fencing, and other types of fencing to protect their pets and property, as well as commercial fencing for larger business throughout Vermont, such as Middlebury College and Middlebury school district. Bob and Jeremy choose to maintain their small business and local company to ensure the best possible customer service for all of their clients and customized fencing solutions at affordable prices. The Homestead Fence team, which will consist of four to eight employees depending on the time of year, strives for 100 percent customer satisfaction and a positive fencing experience from the initial fencing estimate to the completion of the fence installation.
